What is an Escape Room?
Escape rooms are hour-long, theme-driven puzzle challenges. Our rooms are designed for 4-6 players but can accommodate as few as 2 players and as many as 8 players depending on the room. All rooms are always private to your group. Various locks, riddles, physical puzzles, and secrets make for an exciting and interactive experience. Your goal is to solve all the puzzles and escape the room within one hour. A game master will be able to give you clues to aid in your escape.

How long is each game?
Your team will have 60 minutes to solve all of the puzzles and clues to escape! 
 
What is the goal?
Your goal is to escape the themed room within 60 minutes by opening locks, solving riddles, and completing puzzles. 

How many people can play?
Depending on the room, 2-8 players can play. However, 4-6 players are recommended for all rooms.

What are the rules?
All rules will be reviewed prior to game play.
Basic rules:
1. Be constructive, not destructive. Excessive force will not be needed and all tools will be found in the room. Players will be responsible for any intentional damage done to the room.  
2. Cell phone use is strictly prohibited inside our rooms. If necessary, you may step out at any time to use your phone but the game clock will not pause. 
3. All players must sign the digital waiver. Players under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign their digital waiver. Also, players 13 years of age and under MUST be accompanied by an adult who is 18 years of age or older.

How do I book a game?​
Bookings are completed exclusively online. To book a game visit our "Rooms/Booking" tab, select your room, date and time, and fill in your payment information. Once the booking is completed you will receive a confirmation email for your records. 

What is the cost per player?
We have tiered pricing - the more friends you bring, the lower the price!
Pricing is as follows per person:
4-8 players: $32
3 players: $40
2 players: $55

How do I pay?
All bookings are completed online using credit or debit cards. 

Is there an age restriction? Who can play?
Puzzles are designed for ages 14 and over. Due to the complexity and nature of the puzzles, children may find the rooms too difficult to understand and complete on their own. Therefore, children 13 years of age and under MUST be accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or older. If you have any special accessibility requirements please contact us so we can do our best to make your experience as enjoyable as possible.

What time should my group arrive?
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to game time so that we can brief you on your escape room adventure and make sure you are prepared.
 
Am I really locked in?
No. The initial door that you enter through will always be unlocked for your safety. If at any time or for any reason you need to leave the room you are able to do so. 

Do I need to bring anything with me?
No...just bring your excitement! You will be provided with everything necessary to escape. 

Are the rooms monitored?
Yes. A dedicated game master will supervise your room through a camera and monitor system. You and the game master will be able to communicate at all times. 

What happens if we want help solving a puzzle?
The game master will be able to provide additional clues to help you successfully escape. 

Will I be in rooms with strangers?
No. All of our escape rooms are private bookings. You will only ever be in an escape room with those you booked with.

Do we need to book our game in advance?
Yes. Booking is completed exclusively online. You will need to select the room, date, and time in advance. 

Can I take photos or videos while in the rooms?
No. Players are not permitted to use cell phones or cameras inside of the rooms. Photos and videos are prohibited. 

Can you accommodate corporate events or large groups?
Yes. Please contact us through our "Contact/Location" tab for more information. 

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations and no-shows will NOT be refunded for any reason. You may RESCHEDULE up to 48 hours before your original booking time via your confirmation e-mail without penalty. If you arrive late, this will cut into your game time.
